Traditional sausage with vinegar contains natural intestine, fresh pork meat, vinegar, table salt and spices. Without peservatives. Available in packages of 350gr -400 gr.
The product needs heat treatment before consumption. Cook it in the grill or in the pan with a little frying oil for 10 minutes.
