Traditional Cretan Apaki
Traditional Cretan Apaki contains pork meat, vinegar, table salt and spices. Keep your product for one week after the opening of the package. Available in packages of 350-450 g.
The product needs heat treatment before consumption. Cut the product in slices and cook it in a pan with a little frying oil for 1 minute per side or grill it for 5 minutes until brown.
Keep it in places between 0 to 4 °C
