2 teacups already cooked chickpeas
1 cup finely chopped leek
2 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 sausage (plain or with leek) cut into rings
1 cup crumbled feta tea
In a pot we sautee the leek and the sausages in some olive oil (there wil be fat from the sausages as well). We add the chickpeas, the tomatoes, and add some salt & pepper. We put the lid on the pot, turn down the heat and slowly cook for approximately 10 minutes. If during cooking we see that the food needs liquid we can add some boiled water or the broth from the chickpeas. Finally, we take the lid off and add the feta cheese. Enjoy!
