
Ingridients:
5 large shrimps
30gr. of smoked pancetta pate’ Kassakis
juice from 1 orange and half a lemon
2gr of fresh ginger
10gr milk butter

Instructions:
We peel and clean the shrimps, we cut them in the middle and stuff them with the pate’. In a frying pan we put 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt & pepper and place the shrimps fro 2 minutes on each side. We then add the orange juice and the ginger. When the sauce is ready we add the butter and stir until creamy. We can serve with basmati rice.
